FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a runner to take a class?

Not at all. Every class runs on RPE (rate of perceived exertion), so you set your own speeds and inclines. Beginners and marathoners train side by side on the same tread.

Which class should I start with?

High 45 is our signature class and the best intro — 45 minutes of structured intervals with active recovery. If you prefer low impact, start with Incline.

What should I bring to my first class?

Running shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. Everything else — treadmill, weights, kettlebells and locker space — is waiting for you at the studio.

How early should I arrive?

Come 15 minutes before your first class so a coach can set you up on the tread and walk you through the format. After that, 10 minutes is plenty.

What is the difference between High 45 and Dirty 30?

High 45 is 45 minutes of endurance plus speed work. Dirty 30 is a shorter, sharper 30-minute session built around speed and power for days when time is tight.

Do the classes include strength training?

Yes — Dash Strength pairs 30 minutes of treadmill HIIT with 15 minutes of running-focused strength and kettlebell work. Other classes are tread-only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class starts and your credit goes straight back to your account — no fee, no questions.
