Running has always been woven into my life.
Through moves, anxiety, and a lot of chaos, it’s been the one constant—my anchor, my therapy, the thing that’s kept me grounded and sane. I didn’t start taking running seriously until adulthood, so let’s just say my early marathons were… rough. No plan, no strength work, no nutrition—truly no clue. I made every mistake in the book, and now I get to help you skip all of that.
Fast forward to today: I’ve run 10 full marathons (and counting!), qualified for Boston, and experienced firsthand how transformative running can be. My mission is to help you feel the same strength, clarity, and power running has given me.
Over the years, I’ve learned that running alone isn’t enough. Strength training is essential if you want to run stronger, faster, and stay injury-free.
